We charge a standard management fee of 20% of all monthly revenues.

CLEANING FEE

Cleaning fee is variable based on the size of the home and location. However, this fee is paid by the guest and included in the booking costs when the property is booked. This is standard short term rental practice and does not deter guests from booking.

Optimal Pricing Per Night

Our experts make sure that your rental is performing at the most optimal pricing per night based on local and state events and seasonal peaks. Your per night rates will be managed and updated daily. Our proven formula of fluctuating and updating rates daily produces more bookings, higher revenue and more visibility for your rental on hosting sites.

Cleaning Services

We will coordinate a full house clean after every guest checks out. This is beneficial as this doesn't allow the home to get dirty over time and allows us to check for damages continuously. From our experience, homes on short term rental experience less damages and wear and tear over time than traditional year rentals. Pricing varies on each house but is generally paid for by the guest per options on hosting sites (AirBnB, VRBO, etc.)

Management + Financial Reports

Complete management of your property including Random inspections for quality control standards. Our priority is to make sure your property is taken care of. +We will also send you a monthly report and invoice of revenue and cleaning expenses for your tax records.

 

Restocking Basic Supplies

Don't worry, we will make sure your guests have the basics from toiletries to kitchen soap. Our cleaning service will check and restock as necessary every time they clean. 

 

 

 

 

 

24/7 Guest Communication

Your guests will always be able to reach out and communicate with us if they have questions, issues or for restaurant and nightly events. This is part of our quality control standard to keep your guests happy and giving 5 star reviews. 

 

Maintenance Services 

In case of an emergency or need for repairs, we have trusted contractors that specialize in plumbing, AC, electrical, drywall, etc. for quick response and remediation. We encourage to notify us if you have contractors that you prefer to use and we will happily coordinate timing schedules and repairs.
